Who are we?

Friends of Nepal Dakotas (FOND) is a non-profit organization of Nepalese community in Sioux Falls established to promote and preserve the social and cultural heritage of Nepal and develop networking opportunities for people living in and around Sioux Falls, SD.

Some of us have been talking about what can be done here in the States to help each other celebrate festivals, and in the long-run contribute to the overall development of Nepal. The formation of this group will promote social interactions and provide a new beginning to so something positive for Nepal.

We want to talk all those individuals who have already joined the group.

It is a new beginning and it is definitely a good beginning. FOND actively promotes a cross-culture understanding and appreciation of differences. Member of our organization provide services to new and old residents of Sioux Falls area, and host educational, social events, cultural activities and many other insightful events to encourage diversity and cross culture relationship.
